Hayley Stockbridge

B. App. Sc (Naturopathic studies)
Post. Grad. Dip. Nat

Hayley is the founder of Pure. Whole. Health. and is a Naturopath with 16 years clinical experience. She is also the mum to 3 young boys- so understands the juggle of a busy family life and how this can impact your health. Hayley completed a Post Graduate Diploma of Applied Science (Naturopathic studies) and a Post Graduate diploma of Naturopathy in 2007 and has worked in clinical practice ever since.

She uses a combination of diet support and changes alongside nutritional and herbal medicines. She is a big believer in patient education and giving you the practical skills to put your health into your own hands. She also believes in getting to the very root cause of your health and therefore functional testing is a big part of her practice (using things like blood testing, saliva hormone testing, stool testing and food intolerance testing). Hayley now has many years of experience in supporting her patients through many aspects of a healthy family life and sees women, men, babies, kids and teens. While she treats all health issues, she has a special interest in women’s health, hormones, fertility, pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause.

Hayley also loves everything to do with gut health (including but not limited to IBS, constipation, inflammatory bowel diseases, bloating and reflux) and skin health (think acne, eczema, psoriasis). Her biggest obsession is helping mums! There are so many mums out juggling their family, social and working life and as a result she seems so many mums that are feeling depleted, exhausted and run down. Often they are gaining weight, sleeping poorly, anxious, stressed and suffering from brain fog, PMS, hormone imbalances, headaches and low immunity. It is a lot to cope with while trying to be the best mum you can be! Helping mums feel like their old selves again is her privilege as she is creates a supporting plan to help focus on your health and wellness.
