Lauren Lee
Naturopath
B. Health Sc (Naturopathy) with Distinction
Lauren was a former expatriate tax accountant who pivoted into naturopathic medicine following the loss of her grandfather to diverticulitis. It was this unfortunate event that highlighted to her the importance of health literacy, preventative care, as well as collaborative and progressive healthcare for the wider community.
She has an interest in metabolic health, gut health, hormones, weight loss, vaginal health, and ADHD, and utilises the latest functional testing methods and research developments from naturopathic and integrative medicine to educate and support her clients in their journey to optimal health and well-being.
Notably, Lauren received the award for Early Career Practitioner from NHAA’s Awards for Excellence 2025, which recognised her dedication to the profession specifically, her contribution to research on ADHD and Long COVID-19, teaching nutrition focused and fitness classes at early learning centres throughout Sydney, presenting at conferences such as Wish For A Baby as well as panel discussions and community events, training other allied health practitioners, and delivering exceptional patient care locally and overseas in Europe and South East Asia.
As an avid dancer of 25+ years, and Yoga and Barre Teacher, she understands the importance of patience, persistence, and properly informed guidance in order to achieve success and maximising one’s true potential. Outside of the clinic, Lauren enjoys ballroom dancing, snowboarding, and spending time with her loved ones.
