Tracey Loughran

BHsc.(Nat)

Tracey is a naturopathic practitioner at Pure. Whole. Health. on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, often sought out by people navigating complex health concerns involving hormones, stress, sleep, immune function, skin, and mood, particularly when symptoms feel interconnected, persistent, and difficult to resolve through a single-focused approach. She is known for her calm, grounded clinical style and her ability to help people make sense of health presentations that feel overwhelming or “stuck”, creating clarity where there has often been confusion or fragmentation.

With extensive clinical experience supporting complex and chronic presentations, Tracey brings a considered and thorough approach to understanding the underlying drivers of health concerns, rather than focusing on isolated symptoms. In clinic, she takes a step back to understand the broader picture, exploring how hormonal, digestive, immune, and nervous system patterns are interacting. This allows her to prioritise what will make the most meaningful difference first, and to develop treatment plans that are structured, realistic, and sustainable rather than overwhelming.

Tracey has a particular interest in the interplay between stress physiology, hormonal transition (particularly menopause), and immune function, and how these influence sleep, energy, skin integrity, mood, and inflammatory or autoimmune conditions over time. Alongside her clinical practice, she has lectured internationally in the United States on skin health, contributing to practitioner education in integrative dermatology approaches. Her work is best suited to individuals seeking a considered, supportive practitioner who is comfortable working with complexity and focused on meaningful, long-term change rather than short-term symptom management. Tracey is available for naturopathy consultations at our Brookvale clinic and online Australia-wide.
