A full health history covering symptoms, diet, sleep, stress and your cycle. Allow 60 to 75 minutes. We order testing only where it changes the plan.
3. A plan, posted to you
You get a written plan, and your herbal tonic and any supplements are posted anywhere in Australia. Follow-ups keep you on track.

How do online naturopathy consults work?
Consults run over video, or phone if you prefer. You will get a link before your appointment. It is the same consult you would have in clinic, just from home.
Can I see a naturopath online from anywhere in Australia?
Yes. We see clients online right across Australia, from Sydney to Perth and everywhere in between.
How do I get my herbal medicine?
Your naturopath makes up your herbal tonic in our Brookvale dispensary and posts it to you, along with any supplements you need.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly online. We are happy to work alongside your GP or specialist and share notes if you would like.
Can I claim a health fund rebate for an online consult?
Some private health funds offer rebates for naturopathy, including telehealth, depending on your level of extras cover. Check with your provider before you book.
Do you do testing online?
Yes, where it will change your plan. Testing such as blood, hormone, stool and microbiome tests can be arranged through accredited labs near you or with home test kits.
