Food Intolerance Testing
A blood test can measure your immune system’s response to particular foods by measuring the allergy-related antibody known as immunoglobulin G (IgG).
Hormone Testing
Both blood tests and saliva tests are proven techniques in assessing a hormone imbalance.
Stool testing and microbiome mapping
The Comprehensive Digestive Stool Analysis is a stool/saliva test that offers a comprehensive look at the overall health of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.
Adrenal Hormone Profiling
The Adrenal Hormone Profile is a non-invasive saliva test which monitors the levels of the adrenal stress hormones – Cortisol and DHEA-s, as well as Melatonin if required.
Heavy Metal Blood Testing
A heavy metal blood test is a group of tests that measure the levels of potentially harmful metals in the blood. The most common metals tested for are lead, mercury, arsenic, and cadmium. Metals that are less commonly tested for include copper, zinc, aluminum, and thallium.
Standard Medical Blood Testing
Naturopaths can run standard medical blood testing in the same way as a medical practitioner can, and will use this from time to time to gather important information about your health and nutritional status (such as iron studies or vitamin D levels).
