Energy Medicine
Emma combines Hypnotherapy, Energy Medicine, and Mindset Coaching to transform subconscious programming and energy in 100’s of people on the Northern Beaches. Through her own lived experience of anxiety and stress, Emma deeply understands how living in a constant state of worry and survival impacts mental, emotional and energetic wellbeing.
Emma’s journey from anxiety into calm, confidence and self-trust is the foundation of her work. She now guides, mentors, and teaches others how to dissolve subconscious limitations, rewire unhelpful belief systems, and step into being the empowered creator of their lives. Her approach is compassionate, grounded and deeply transformational.
Emma works with the subconscious mind through Hypnotherapy and Mindset Coaching to gently dissolve core beliefs such as “it’s not safe,” “I don’t matter,” “I’m not loved,” and “something bad is going to happen.” These beliefs often sit beneath anxiety, self-doubt, people pleasing, perfectionism and burnout. By addressing the root cause rather than the symptom, lasting change becomes possible.
In addition, Emma integrates Energy Medicine to clear residual emotional imprints, stagnant energy and stored stress within the energetic field. This supports the nervous system in regulating, allows old patterns to release, and helps clients feel lighter, calmer, and more aligned in their bodies and lives.
Emma supports women through anxiety, overwhelm, scarcity mindset, low self-worth and major life transitions. Her work creates safety within the body, clarity in the mind and reconnection to inner power.
