Lily Barrett

Bachelor of Sports and Exercise science
Masters in Physiotherapy

Lily is a passionate physiotherapist who brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge, whole-body thinking, and compassionate care to every session. Originally from Ireland, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science and a Master’s in Physiotherapy—and has further refined her craft through clinical Pilates training and over six months of mentorship under Dr. Harrison Stone.

Lily’s approach is grounded in the belief that pain is rarely just about one muscle, joint, or tissue. She looks beyond symptoms to find the deeper patterns—nervous system imbalances, postural compensations, emotional stressors, and movement habits—that are keeping your body stuck in pain. She deeply believes in the philosophy that the body isn’t broken we just need to guide it back to balance.

If you’ve seen physios, chiros, massage therapists or osteopaths in the past but your pain keeps coming back, Lily might be exactly who you’ve been looking for. She specialises in persistent, hard-to-crack cases—especially where more traditional treatments haven’t created lasting change.

With her clinical Pilates background, Lily uses precise, purposeful movement as a tool to restore function, reconnect the body’s systems, and build long-term resilience. She specialises in all aspects of women’s and pelvic health. You’ll receive not only expert hands-on treatment, but also tailored guidance and tools to continue your progress at home—so you need fewer sessions and see better results.
